The manufacturing process of high-temperature resistance furnace mainly includes powder preparation, batching, mixing, pressing and forming (see powder metallurgy forming), and sintering. Suppression usually takes two forms:
1. First, press and shape the uniformly mixed powder, and then press and sinter it onto the steel plate; One method is to directly press the uniformly mixed powder onto the steel plate for pressure sintering. On the one hand, sintering increases the bonding strength between particles inside the powder layer.
2. With the help of high temperature and pressure, the powder layer and steel plate are firmly bonded together. Sintering is generally carried out in a bell type sintering furnace that can pressurize the sample, in a neutral or reducing atmosphere. Friction plates are also manufactured using spray painting and powder rolling methods. Each method has its own advantages and disadvantages, and suitable materials and processes should be selected according to the requirements of use.
Secondly, the advantages of high-temperature resistance furnaces are not just empty talk about making them more energy-efficient and serving people. Good safety is also one of the advantages of high-temperature resistance furnace equipment. We say that it can work at higher temperatures, but it does not mean that it can have strong refractory functions like refractory pressure machinery equipment.
